Delivery of VTL control station RS 1200/2/1-440 to Boršov nad Vltavou

Our gas division has added another successful project to its portfolio. In cooperation with the company GOLDBECK Bau s.r.o., with which we already have many years of experience, we implemented a project in the industrial area in Boršov. The project consisted in the delivery and installation of a VTL RS 1200/2/1-440 control station including a gas pipeline connection in the Garbe Park complex in Boršov nad Vltavou.

The control station was manufactured in the HUTIRA production hall in Popůvky near Brno, where the required X-ray and pressure tests necessary for commissioning were also carried out. Subsequently, the control station was transported to the installation site, i.e. to the Garbe Park industrial complex in Boršov nad Vltavou. Here, the technology was assembled and all functional tests were carried out with the participation of the Technical Inspectorate of the Czech Republic (TIČR).

The project also included the supply and installation of a DN80 high-pressure connection with a length of 18 m, which was connected to the existing DN100 VTL gas pipeline line managed by EG.D. Our control station was equipped with valves from EMERSON, for which we have exclusive representation on the Czech and Slovak market.

Despite certain specifics of this project, we rose to the challenge and only less than two months passed from the moment of demand to completion.
