The HUTIRA brand is streamlining its processes. Three of its companies merge under the new parent company HUTIRA s.r.o.

From 2023, the HUTIRA brand will significantly simplify its corporate structure and streamline its internal processes. The companies HUTIRA – BRNO s.r.o., ATJ special s.r.o. and HUTIRA – VISION s.r.o. will be merged under the parent company HUTIRA s.r.o. from 1 January. “We believe that this step will be especially appreciated by our current and potential customers, as we will be able to offer them comprehensive services in the gas, water, energy and biomethane divisions under one company,” said Ivo Hutira, owner of HUTIRA.

As regards activities with respect to the partners, the merger itself should not affect their scope or quality in any way. “The environmental but also the economic aspect is crucial for us. The key motto for us is respect for nature and related business in the spirit of circular economy. We therefore believe that by reducing bureaucracy and administration, we are moving towards these values,” explained Ivo Hutira, adding that there will be minor changes to the company’s presentation on its website and other corporate materials at the beginning of the year.
