We keep promoting the HUTIRA brand

We would like to announce new strategic changes within HUTIRA Company, which we believe will lead to extended cooperation and business relationships with our clients and partners. We have become a more diverse and stronger partner offering a comprehensive portfolio of services and products.

On April 1, 2019, Mr. Radek Kundrata was appointed new director of HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o. His previous position in the company was executive director. Ivo Hutira jr. continues to work as the company’s managing director.

On March 12, 2019, HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o. (Reg.No. 253 24 870, address Vintrovna 398/29, 664 41 Popůvky) became a sole shareholder of the HUTIRA – OMICE, s.r.o.

Ivo Hutira jr. and Ing. Pavel Kazda, MBA have become new managing directors in the HUTIRA – OMICE, s.r.o. Ing. Kazda is also the director of the company.

Along with the new ownership, the headquarters of HUTIRA – OMICE, s.r.o. has been moved to a new address: Vintrovna 398/29, 664 41 Popůvky.

On 25 February 2019, general meeting of our subsidiary HUTIRA Slovakia s.r.o. appointed Ing. Ivan Junga as managing director of the company.

Ivo Hutira jr. (owner and managing director of HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o.) commented the ongoing changes: “The strategic vision of our companies is to maintain and promote HUTIRA’s tradition and reputation. We want to maintain and consolidate our business in every possible way. We will do our best to be a decent, proud, responsible, and quality brand. This applies not only to our customers but to our employees as well. I am convinced that changes in top management positions will bring a great benefit to our business, customers, and partners. • History of HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o. dates back to 1990 when Mr. Ivo Hutira sr. founded the HUTIRA brand (then a private company Ivo HUTIRA, facility in Omice quarry). The main business activity included the operation of the quarry, construction business, and well drilling. The company moved to the field of utilities, gas pipelines and gas boilers. Later on, gas industry became primary business of the company.
• HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o. was established from one of the company’s divisions. The company has been a major representative of Emerson’s world-leading control technology manufacturer ever since.
• HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o. is a key supplier of equipment dedicated gas pressure filtration, reduction, and regulation together with measurements of consumption in global/consumer gas distribution systems. The company has also expanded its portfolio in the field of water and energy industries.
• With almost 30 years of experience, we have become a major supplier for the Czech and Slovak gas and water companies. So far, our successful projects under the HUTIRA brand have been implemented on 4 continents.

Radek Kundrata – director of HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o

During his studies at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University, Radek gained experience in the Department of Public Support of the Office for the Protection of Competition (2007–2008). He then worked as a project manager at the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Brno. Since 2010, he has been working in HUTIRA – BRNO, s.r.o. (executive director since 2011, chief clerk since 2012). Furthermore, he is currently a managing director of HUTIRA – Slovakia, s.r.o. and HUTIRA – VISION, s.r.o.

Ing. Pavel Kazda, MBA – managing director/director of HUTIRA – OMICE, s.r.o.

Pavel completed his successful studies at the Brno University of Technology with an engineering degree and earned his MBA degree at the Moravian Business School. Then, he worked as a manager/director in several companies. Until 2018 he worked for PORR, a.s. as director of Moravia branch. He was appointed managing director and director of HUTIRA – OMICE, s.r.o. in March 2019

Ing. Ivan Junga – managing director of HUTIRA Slovakia s.r.o.

Motto: “Any hard work brings profit, talking is useless.”

After graduating from TU in Zvolen, Ivan worked for two years at the Land Office in Revúca. Since 2006 he has been employed by HUTIRA Slovakia s.r.o., where he started his career as sales manager/technician. In 2014, he was appointed executive director of HUTIRA Slovakia. Since August 2015, he has been the company’s managing director. In 2019, he was appointed executive director of HUTIRA Slovakia s.r.o.
